NOTICE: ********************Annual SUMMER BREAK for dropoffs!*******************
During the month of August, we will put a freeze on dropoffs. We will use this time, to catch up, take some time off, take on new consignors, etc. Our regular Drop schedule will resume in September. Happy Summer Everyone!
No Dropoffs during the month of August
Normally, Dropoffs accepted every month 1st through 20th
2 Bag Limit (or equivalent if on hangers) ----- per consignor ----- per week.
ONLY YOUR BEST ITEMS PLEASE!! If it's borderline, don't bring it. We only have limited time. All items must be SHOP READY when they come in.
No trash bags, supermarket bags, lawn & leaf bags, or shipping boxes.
Dropoffs must be NEATLY FOLDED or ON HANGERS washed, clean, and free from spots, stains, rips, tears, pills, snags, (missing labels, buttons or embellishments), pet fur, smoking or food odors, discolorations, and wrinkles (as best as possible).
GREENLIGHT APPROVAL POLICY IS BACK. Due to the high volume of non-saleable dropoffs, we now must enforce a Greenlight Approval policy. Here's how it works:
When you arrive, you will need to inform staff that you are dropping off and tell them your name. If you have Greenlight Approval status, you are free to leave your bags. If you are in pending status, Vanessa or staff will come down and do a quick look see into your bag before you can leave them with the store. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We will try to get you moving along as quickly as possible.
In order to ensure you get out the door as quickly as possible, please make sure you only bring in your BEST merchandise to consign. Anything borderline should not be in your dropoff. It is your job to sort at home first. Make 3 piles. 1-consign, 2-donate, 3-textile recycling.
Do not bring 2 and 3 to the shop. It just makes us crabby and slows down the whole process.
Drop-Offs having 50% or more donate rate, WILL BE CHARGED FEES up to $10.00 per bag. Please wash, sort and inspect your items at home and only bring in the best. We are a small operation and not staffed to be a charity sorting warehouse. All drops should be SHOP READY at time of dropoff. Be careful what you wish to consider for consignment. We had to limit drops due to the overwhelming donate rate. Sort at home first. Bring your Best goodies in to resell. If it is old, tired, too common, or cheap enough new, it's best to directly donate to your favorite cause.

Sorry, we do not allow Walk-Ins. You must first stop in and check us out to see if we are a good fit for your needs. While at the shop, you can fill out our brief questionnaire. If you qualify, you will be called for an appointment as soon as time permits. Be patient, there is a waiting list, but it's worth the wait.
